Cashlog Terms of Use

Effective date: June 17, 2026.

By using the Cashlog app you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cashlog on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the App Store rules.

Cashlog PRO subscription

• Cashlog offers a Cashlog PRO subscription in monthly and yearly periods, removing free-tier limits and disabling ads.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price equals the selected plan's price.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
• The current price is shown in the app before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data without authorization, or circumvent plan limits.

Your data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time: Profile → Delete account.

Disclaimer

Cashlog is provided "as is". It is a bookkeeping tool, not financial, accounting or tax advice. We do not guarantee error-free receipt recognition, categorization or calculations, and are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account.
