Cashlog is a personal and family finance app. We collect only what the app needs to function. This policy explains what we process and how.
Data we process
Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google: your provider identifier, name and email (if provided). As a guest: an anonymous device identifier. We do not store passwords.
Financial data. Accounts, cards (last 4 digits), transactions, amounts, categories, budgets and goals you create; fiscal receipt data (soliq.uz OFD) and bank notification text you add manually.
Purchases. Cashlog PRO subscription status (handled by Apple and RevenueCat).
Technical data. Usage and crash data (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance), device model, OS version, push token.
How we use data
Core functionality: bookkeeping, analytics, receipt import, sync across devices and family members.
Automatic transaction categorization (see third parties).
Processing subscriptions and unlocking PRO features.
Improving stability and quality via anonymized analytics and crash reports.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising tracking.
Third parties
Apple — Sign in with Apple and purchase processing.
Google / Firebase — Google Sign-In, analytics, crash and performance reporting.
RevenueCat — subscription management.
OpenRouter — auto-categorization: anonymized merchant name / transaction description may be sent to an LLM provider. Your name, email and account numbers are not sent.
soliq.uz (OFD) — fiscal receipt verification via QR code.
Hosting providers — server infrastructure in a secured data center.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. After deletion your data is erased and cannot be recovered. You may also request deletion at support@cashlog.uz.
Security
Data in transit is protected by TLS. Device secrets and tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes. Data access is scoped to your household.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at cashlog.uz/en/privacy.
